The annual Heart Throb 5K is Saturday, February 15 at Memorial Park in Arvada

Join 3W Races on Valentine’s weekend and get your heart pumping. The event is open to walkers, joggers and runners and helps support Community Table through monetary and food donations.

Racers, volunteers and spectators who bring FIVE canned goods to the food drive at the event will be entered into a raffle for prizes from local businesses including race entries, gift certificates apparel and more!

3W Races annual Thanksgiving run benefiting Community Table is November 23.

The race includes a 10K Turkey Trek, a 5K Turkey Trot and a 2K Turkey Toddle along with fun challenges like chugging egg nog, filling you pumpkin pie hole and hopping over hay bales.
