Spring Cleaning for a Cause

It’s not only about making space—it’s about making a difference.

As the days get longer and warmer, many of us take time to refresh our homes with a bit of spring cleaning. But what if your seasonal decluttering could do more than tidy up your space? This year, turn your cleaning efforts into an act of kindness by donating food, hygiene products, and household essentials to Community Table.

Why Your Donations Matter
Winter can be incredibly challenging for families facing hunger, with high utility bills and seasonal job struggles leaving little room for necessities. As we transition into spring, your support provides the relief and hope struggling families and individuals need by ensuring they have access to nourishing food and essential supplies. Your donations help stock our pantry and provide comfort to those in need. Items we always need include:

Non-Perishable Foods
•    Canned proteins (tuna, chicken, beans)
•    Peanut butter and jelly
•    Canned fruits and vegetables
•    Rice and pasta
•    Cereal and oatmeal

Hygiene Products
•    Shampoo and conditioner
•    Toothpaste and toothbrushes
•    Deodorant
•    Soap and body wash
•    Feminine hygiene products
•    Diapers and wipes

Household Essentials
•    Laundry detergent
•    Dish soap
•    Paper towels and toilet paper

How to Donate
It’s simple! We gratefully accept food donations Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 4600 West 60th Avenue in Arvada. To donate, drive up to the donation dock on the west side of the building and ring the doorbell. A team member will help unload your donations and provide a receipt.

Thank you!!!
